Part 1 Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to WOODY FLOW SYNERGY LIMITED and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Masonprince" or "we").
1. The Importance of Your Personal Data
We recognize that your privacy is of utmost importance, and Masonprince is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not collect or use your personal data as described below unless you voluntarily provide it to us. In addition, we will comply with the relevant provisions of the Hong Kong privacy ordinance (i.e., the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you choose not to provide your personal data, you will be unable to receive the products or services you have ordered, or register on our website, applications or other media platforms.
2. Collection of Your Personal Data
We will request you to provide your personal data under the following circumstances:
• Registering your personal data to create an account on our website or subscribing to our newsletters;
• Participating in promotional activities or other functions provided by the website;
• Requesting to receive product catalogues;
• Requesting to receive any promotional, marketing or other types of communications;
• Making inquiries or submitting comments through our customer service department; and/or
• Purchasing goods on our platform.
The categories of personal data that Masonprince will collect from you include, but are not limited to, the data relevant and necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy:
• Identity and contact information (e.g., name, address, telephone number or email address), when you voluntarily provide such information to log in to an online account, fill in a customer information card at a boutique to participate in activities or purchase goods, or when you request the Collect in Store service;
• Payment information: you must provide credit card/bank card details, bank account number or other payment details to receive the products or services we offer;
• Statistical information, such as your gender and date of birth;
• Video footage of your visit to our boutiques (if surveillance systems are installed), or voice recordings of your calls to the Masonprince Customer Service Centre (your calls may be recorded for better service provision);
• Preferences and interests you choose to disclose during confidential communications or meetings with our customer consultants (which may include your preferences for our clothing collections, basic information about your body shape, lifestyle or family);
• Information relating to adverse effects that may be caused by our products, which may include health information;
• Information you submit or post in public places, on our social media pages or our website, such as product reviews;
• Information relating to your purchases of goods online or in boutiques, which may include the products you purchased and their prices;
• If you use our website or mobile application, we may collect information about the browser you are using and your browsing behaviour;
• If you use our mobile application (app), we may collect your GPS location with your consent. We may also track the frequency of your use of the mobile application and where you downloaded it;
• If you use our smart connected products, we may collect information about your usage of such products (e.g., the most frequently used product functions or battery level information), and may collect your geographic location information if necessary to provide the services you request.
Where necessary, we may also collect information about Masonprince products and services published on third-party websites or social media platforms for the following purposes and to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, your personal information is collected directly from you (e.g., if you create an account on one of our websites/applications, or communicate with our customer consultants at a boutique or our Masonprince Customer Service Centre), indirectly from you (e.g., through the use of tracking tools such as browser cookies), or through third parties (e.g., via social media platforms).
For users outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, in order to provide you with relevant services, your relevant information may be subject to cross-border data transfer in accordance with local applicable laws when you provide such information through the above operations. Such information will be stored in our systems and processed in accordance with the agreement, and you fully understand and consent to this.
3. Use of Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
• To better understand your concerns and improve our services;
• To provide you with more information about changes to our website and service updates;
• To record statistical data for market analysis;
• To communicate with you regarding account information or customer service needs;
• To better respond to your customer service inquiries or provide you with the services you request;
• To protect our company, customers, partners and platforms, as well as to manage accounts and prevent fraud;
• To provide your personal data to relevant parties such as Masonprince’s suppliers, contractors and agents inside and outside Hong Kong and in the Greater Bay Area for the arrangement of delivery, communication, after-sales services and other relevant matters;
• For anti-counterfeiting purposes and to combat unauthorised resale channels of Masonprince products that violate Masonprince’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Masonprince’s selective distribution network (in particular by monitoring the quantity or frequency of product purchases); and
• To facilitate the operation and improvement of this website and services, including the processing, collation and dispatch of orders or promotional materials, the supplementation and/or update of our databases, after-sales services or website hosting services; and/or
• For marketing purposes with your consent as required by applicable laws (see Clause 6 "Direct Marketing" below).
4. Sharing of Your Personal Data
For the above purposes and reporting purposes, we may share your personal data with our group companies and affiliated companies (including Masonprince Hong Kong Limited) located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, mainland China or overseas. In addition, to operate the website or provide services, we may also share your personal data with service providers and suppliers (whether located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or overseas) that provide us with administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, advertising or other services. We will provide our preferred service providers with the data necessary for them to perform their services, and cooperate with them to respect and protect your personal data. We require our service providers to comply with strict privacy guidelines and not to retain or use such personal data without authorisation. Masonprince may share your personal data with service providers that incorporate personal data into services offered to us and other customers (e.g., fraud management services) (for purposes such as monitoring potential fraudulent activities and other security-related purposes). These service providers may not disclose your data to other customers.
If Masonprince is merged, or its assets, website or business are transferred, Masonprince may disclose or transfer your personal data to the actual or proposed transferees, participants, affiliated participants or assignees in connection with such transactions.
Please note that we may also use overseas facilities to process or back up your data. However, this does not change our commitment to protecting your privacy.
5. Access to and Correction of Your Personal Data
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, please send your request to us by email at XX.
6. Direct Marketing
We intend to use your personal data to send you information about events, special offers and promotions relating to the following products and services: clothing, tops, trousers, skirts, outerwear, accessories, footwear and small apparel accessories. We require your consent to use your personal data for the above purposes.
We may share your personal data with our group companies (whether located in Hong Kong or overseas) that offer the above products and services for direct marketing purposes. We require your consent to use your personal data for the above purposes.
7. Opting Out of Receiving Marketing Materials
If you opt out of receiving any communications, marketing or promotional materials from us, please send your request to us by email at XX. If you indicate that you no longer wish to receive such materials, we will not contact you for these purposes. Your choice to opt out of receiving any communications, marketing or promotional materials from us shall not (a) prevent us from communicating with you via email or other means in relation to your current or past relationship with us, or (b) prevent us (including our employees, agents and other representatives) from accessing and reviewing your personal data during the maintenance and improvement of our databases and website.
8. Protection of Your Personal Data
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and secure. We will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent any unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss, unauthorised disclosure or access, or other unlawful processing of your personal data. In particular, we will ensure that our information systems are properly protected and secure. We have deployed specific tools to detect security incidents that have occurred. The use of such tools may result in our security service personnel accessing personal data. Such data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing security incidents in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
However, users of our website are advised that due to the open nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that any of your personal data stored on our servers or transmitted between users will not be accessed without authorisation. We disclaim all liability for any theft or loss, unauthorised access or damage to, or interception of, such data or communications. By using our website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
We may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. You may access certain third-party websites from our website or applications, including social media websites. This policy does not apply to those third-party websites. 9. Cookies and Tracking Cookies
Masonprince may place "cookies" on visitors’ computers for identification purposes. Cookies are pieces of information that a website sends to a computer browser for recording purposes. We use cookies to determine which web pages are visited and the frequency of visits, so as to tailor our website to customer needs and enhance your experience on this website. For example, cookies will save your password so that you do not need to enter it every time you visit this website. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can refuse to accept "cookies" through your browser settings. If you choose to refuse cookies, Masonprince cannot guarantee the normal operation of this website. In addition, you must accept cookies to shop through the E-commerce section of this website. We use tracking technologies. We collect personal information relating to your use of this platform, including your transitions across different websites, applications and devices over time. Third parties may also collect personal information on our platform in this manner. We use several common tracking tools for this purpose. Our suppliers and partners may also use these tools, which may include cookies. A cookie is a small file downloaded to your device when you access certain websites. We will continuously evaluate our privacy practices in light of new technologies, business practices and customer needs. As our services are enhanced and diversified, our privacy policy may also be updated. Unless required to obtain your consent under applicable laws, Masonprince reserves the right to amend its privacy policy at any time and will notify you by posting the updated version of the policy on the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Masonprince shall not be legally liable for:

Masonprince has implemented security measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of users’ personal data. However, you agree that Masonprince cannot control data transmitted via electronic communication devices (including the internet). Masonprince therefore advises users to be aware of the risks associated with transmitting personal data over the internet.
Except for other websites operated by Masonprince, any hyperlinks to this Website must be approved by Masonprince in writing in advance, and Masonprince reserves the right to terminate such approval at any time. Masonprince shall not be liable for the content of such third-party websites.
Masonprince hereby notifies users that Masonprince may, at its sole discretion, amend the content of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Upon publication of the revised terms and conditions on the Website, users logging into this Website shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted such revisions. You hereby acknowledge and fully agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Part 3 Purchase Terms
In addition to the Terms of Use applicable to your use of this Website ("Website") and set out on this Website, these Purchase Terms also apply to any orders or purchases you place (the individual completing this order, "you") on this Website operated by Masonprince Hong Kong Limited ("Masonprince" or "Masonprince Hong Kong" or "we"), or any orders or purchases placed with Masonprince by telephone ("Telephone Sales"). By proceeding to place an order and accepting these Purchase Terms, you agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms. If you do not agree to these Purchase Terms, please cancel your order immediately. Please print a copy of these Purchase Terms for your records.
1. Order Process
All advertisements on the Website are invitations to treat and not offers for sale. Upon completion and submission of the order form, and/or upon completion of payment for the order, Masonprince reserves the right to accept or reject the order at its sole discretion.
An email automatically sent to the email address linked to your account will serve as a receipt for your order. Such email confirms that Masonprince has received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. Masonprince reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time after receiving your order and/or payment, and will contact you via the email address provided in your order to notify you of its decision to accept or reject your order. If Masonprince rejects your order, Masonprince shall have no obligation to fulfil your order, and you shall have no obligation to pay for the order to Masonprince. If payment has been completed, Masonprince will contact you and refund the full amount you paid.
For "Click and Collect" orders (placing an order online to collect goods at one of our boutiques), title to the goods shall not pass to you until you collect the goods at the boutique. If you fail to collect the goods at the boutique within 14 days (including public holidays) of receiving the collection notice, Masonprince reserves the right to reject your order. Masonprince will contact you and refund the full amount paid.
2. Product Availability
Purchases of goods are subject to availability. Masonprince will arrange delivery through relevant suppliers and agents inside and outside Hong Kong and in the Greater Bay Area based on supply chain conditions. If Masonprince informs you that the goods are no longer available, Masonprince shall have no obligation to fulfil your order, and you shall have no obligation to pay for the order to Masonprince. If payment has been completed, Masonprince will contact you and refund the full amount you paid.
If Masonprince is unable to deliver the goods to you or your designated recipient for any reason (including but not limited to out-of-stock or discontinued products or your order violating the Sales Restriction Policy under Clause 13 below), Masonprince will contact you and refund the full amount you paid. You agree that Masonprince shall have no liability for damages or compensation other than the full refund of the amount paid in the event of any inability to deliver.
In certain circumstances, such as product out-of-stock or customisation, you may order products on a "backorder" basis. You acknowledge and agree that when placing a backorder, your credit card will (i) be charged at the time of placing the backorder, or (ii) be pre-authorised but not charged before the backorder is shipped. Masonprince reserves the right to determine the credit card charging mechanism at its sole discretion. Please note that your order may also be cancelled if stock is insufficient. In any case, you agree that if Masonprince is unable to deliver the backordered products to you (for any reason, whether attributable to Masonprince or not), Masonprince shall have no liability to you for any compensation or damages, nor any interest, other than cancelling the credit card pre-authorisation or refunding the full amount paid (as applicable).
3. Price
You agree to pay Masonprince the "Total Price" (i.e., "Online Fee") as shown in your order summary during the "Payment" step. For Telephone Sales, the total amount (i.e., "Telephone Fee", together with the Online Fee, each a "Fee") will be communicated to you by telephone and stated on your invoice. The "Fee" is quoted and settled in Hong Kong Dollars and includes shipping, handling and all applicable taxes.
Despite all reasonable care taken by us, some of the goods we sell may be incorrectly priced. If the correct price of the goods on your order date is higher than the price quoted to you, we will contact you for your instructions before accepting your order at the correct price. If we accept and process your order with a clear and obvious pricing error that you should reasonably have identified, we shall have no obligation to supply the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price, and may refund any amount you paid and require you to return any goods provided to you.
4. Payment Mechanism
We may, in our absolute discretion, reject any order or cancel any accepted order, including but not limited to cases where we suspect fraudulent risk in your credit card purchase or payment pattern, or where we are unable to complete your order for any reason.
Gift cards and vouchers are not applicable to this Website (including mobile browsing version) or Telephone Sales. You may pay in Hong Kong Dollars using valid VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
We reserve the right to reject specific credit cards based on anti-fraud risk. For purchases made by credit card, you authorise Masonprince to charge the relevant credit card in Hong Kong Dollars, and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder of the credit card. We only accept payment in Hong Kong Dollars and do not provide any currency exchange services. Depending on your location and the credit card you use, your bank or card issuer may convert the fee or payment amount to your local currency. You acknowledge and agree that this may result in your bank or card issuer charging you additional fees (e.g., foreign currency/transaction fees, currency conversion fees) for your purchase. Please check with your bank or card issuer for any additional fees charged. If your card is declined by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped, and Masonprince shall have no obligation to fulfil your order.
5. Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the order process. Masonprince shall not be liable for loss of products after delivery from Masonprince’s or its agent’s or contractor’s facilities to your delivery address.
If the recipient you provide is not yourself, please ensure that the recipient consents to Masonprince Hong Kong collecting, processing and using their personal data (including name, address and telephone number) in accordance with the Masonprince Privacy Policy, and to the transfer of their personal data to Masonprince’s delivery centres inside and outside Hong Kong and in the Greater Bay Area for the purpose of product delivery. You hereby undertake that you will not designate a third party as the recipient of your ordered goods unless such third party has consented to Masonprince Hong Kong collecting, processing, using and transferring (including international transfer) their personal data in accordance with the Masonprince Privacy Policy. You will indemnify Masonprince against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses suffered or incurred by Masonprince arising from your breach of the above undertaking, including but not limited to all interest, fines and legal fees (calculated on a full indemnity basis), and hold Masonprince harmless therefrom.
Delivery of orders may be unavoidably delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond our control. Once the situation is resolved, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule delivery of all orders.
6. Product Return and Exchange
If you are the purchaser of the goods, we offer a 14-day (including public holidays) product exchange service and a 14-day (including public holidays) return and refund service from the date you receive the goods.
If you are a gift recipient of the goods (i.e., you receive the goods purchased by the purchaser as a gift), you may exchange the gift for goods of equal or higher value than the received gift within 30 days of receiving the ordered goods. If the value of the goods is higher than the received gift, you agree to pay the difference. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds to gift recipients, nor do we exchange gifts for goods of lower value than the gift.
Please contact our Customer Service Centre by telephone for arrangements, or apply for exchange or return of goods through your Masonprince account.
To apply for exchange or return of goods through your Masonprince account:
• Log in to your Masonprince account with your registered email address;
• Go to the "My Orders" page, select the order containing the goods to be exchanged, and click "Product Return/Exchange";
• Confirm your request to exchange the same product in accordance with system instructions;
• To exchange for a different style or priced product, please contact our Customer Service Advisors at 0755-25105844.
Please check the goods in the package against your order upon receipt. If there is any discrepancy or shortage, please contact our Customer Service Centre within 24 hours of receiving the ordered goods for assistance.
Goods returned for exchange or refund must be brand new, unused and in complete packaging (including relevant invoices, proof of purchase, product plastic film and protective covers, product and shipping boxes, all accompanying documents and items in perfect condition).
All goods returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect resalable condition. When returning clothing products, you must return the complete product including packaging, tags, invoices and related accessories.
When returning goods, please ensure they are repacked in the original packaging to avoid loss or damage in transit. Please retain the shipping receipt for the returned goods until the refund is processed and completed for future enquiries.
The following situations are not eligible for product exchange or return:
• Expiry of the 14-day period (for product exchange) or 14-day period (for return and refund) from the date of receipt (the 30-day or 7-day period starts from the date of receipt, including public holidays);

1. Order Process
All advertisements on the Website are invitations to treat and not offers for sale. Upon completion and submission of the order form, and/or upon completion of payment for the order, Masonprince reserves the right to accept or reject the order at its sole discretion.
An email automatically sent to the email address linked to your account will serve as a receipt for your order. Such email confirms that Masonprince has received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. Masonprince reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time after receiving your order and/or payment, and will contact you via the email address provided in your order to notify you of its decision to accept or reject your order. If Masonprince rejects your order, Masonprince shall have no obligation to fulfil your order, and you shall have no obligation to pay for the order to Masonprince. For "Click and Collect" orders (placing an order online to collect goods at one of our boutiques), title to the goods shall not pass to you until you collect the goods at the boutique. If you fail to collect the goods at the boutique within 14 days (including public holidays) of receiving the collection notice, Masonprince reserves the right to reject your order. Masonprince will contact you and refund the full amount paid.
2. Product Availability
Purchases of goods are subject to availability. Masonprince will arrange delivery through relevant suppliers and agents inside and outside Hong Kong and in the Greater Bay Area based on supply chain conditions. If Masonprince informs you that the goods are no longer available, Masonprince shall have no obligation to fulfil your order, and you shall have no obligation to pay for the order to Masonprince. If payment has been completed, Masonprince will contact you and refund the full amount you paid.
If Masonprince is unable to deliver the goods to you or your designated recipient for any reason (including but not limited to out-of-stock or discontinued products or your order violating the Sales Restriction Policy under Clause 13 below), Masonprince will contact you and refund the full amount you paid. You agree that Masonprince shall have no liability for damages or compensation other than the full refund of the amount paid in the event of any inability to deliver.
In certain circumstances, such as product out-of-stock or customisation, you may order products on a "backorder" basis. You acknowledge and agree that when placing a backorder, your credit card will (i) be charged at the time of placing the backorder, or (ii) be pre-authorised but not charged before the backorder is shipped. In any case, you agree that if Masonprince is unable to deliver the backordered products to you (for any reason, whether attributable to Masonprince or not), Masonprince shall have no liability to you for any compensation or damages, nor any interest, other than cancelling the credit card pre-authorisation or refunding the full amount paid (as applicable).
3. Price
You agree to pay Masonprince the "Total Price" (i.e., "Online Fee") as shown in your order summary during the "Payment" step. For Telephone Sales, the total amount (i.e., "Telephone Fee", together with the Online Fee, each a "Fee") will be communicated to you by telephone and stated on your invoice. The "Fee" is quoted and settled in Hong Kong Dollars and includes shipping, handling and all applicable taxes.
Despite all reasonable care taken by us, some of the goods we sell may be incorrectly priced. If the correct price of the goods on your order date is higher than the price quoted to you, we will contact you for your instructions before accepting your order at the correct price. If we accept and process your order with a clear and obvious pricing error that you should reasonably have identified, we shall have no obligation to supply the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price, and may refund any amount you paid and require you to return any goods provided to you.
4. Payment Mechanism
We may, in our absolute discretion, reject any order or cancel any accepted order, including but not limited to cases where we suspect fraudulent risk in your credit card purchase or payment pattern, or where we are unable to complete your order for any reason.
Gift cards and vouchers are not applicable to this Website (including mobile browsing version) or Telephone Sales. You may pay in Hong Kong Dollars using valid VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
We reserve the right to reject specific credit cards based on anti-fraud risk. For purchases made by credit card, you authorise Masonprince to charge the relevant credit card in Hong Kong Dollars, and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder of the credit card. We only accept payment in Hong Kong Dollars and do not provide any currency exchange services. Depending on your location and the credit card you use, your bank or card issuer may convert the fee or payment amount to your local currency. You acknowledge and agree that this may result in your bank or card issuer charging you additional fees (e.g., foreign currency/transaction fees, currency conversion fees) for your purchase. Please check with your bank or card issuer for any additional fees charged. If your card is declined by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped, and Masonprince shall have no obligation to fulfil your order.
5. Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the order process. Masonprince shall not be liable for loss of products after delivery from Masonprince’s or its agent’s or contractor’s facilities to your delivery address.
If the recipient you provide is not yourself, please ensure that the recipient consents to Masonprince Hong Kong collecting, processing and using their personal data (including name, address and telephone number) in accordance with the Masonprince Privacy Policy, and to the transfer of their personal data to Masonprince’s delivery centres inside and outside Hong Kong and in the Greater Bay Area for the purpose of product delivery. You hereby undertake that you will not designate a third party as the recipient of your ordered goods unless such third party has consented to Masonprince Hong Kong collecting, processing, using and transferring (including international transfer) their personal data in accordance with the Masonprince Privacy Policy. You will indemnify Masonprince against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses suffered or incurred by Masonprince arising from your breach of the above undertaking, including but not limited to all interest, fines and legal fees (calculated on a full indemnity basis), and hold Masonprince harmless therefrom.
Delivery of orders may be unavoidably delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond our control. Once the situation is resolved, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule delivery of all orders.
6. Product Return and Exchange
If you are the purchaser of the goods, we offer a 14-day (including public holidays) product exchange service and a 14-day (including public holidays) return and refund service from the date you receive the goods.
If you are a gift recipient of the goods (i.e., you receive the goods purchased by the purchaser as a gift), you may exchange the gift for goods of equal or higher value than the received gift within 30 days of receiving the ordered goods. If the value of the goods is higher than the received gift, you agree to pay the difference. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds to gift recipients, nor do we exchange gifts for goods of lower value than the gift.

To apply for exchange or return of goods through your Masonprince account:
• Log in to your Masonprince account with your registered email address;
• Go to the "My Orders" page, select the order containing the goods to be exchanged, and click "Product Return/Exchange";
• Confirm your request to exchange the same product in accordance with system instructions;
• To exchange for a different style or priced product, please contact our Customer Service Advisors at 0755-25105844.
Please check the goods in the package against your order upon receipt. If there is any discrepancy or shortage, please contact our Customer Service Centre within 24 hours of receiving the ordered goods for assistance.
Goods returned for exchange or refund must be brand new, unused and in complete packaging (including relevant invoices, proof of purchase, product plastic film and protective covers, product and shipping boxes, all accompanying documents and items in perfect condition).
All goods returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect resalable condition. When returning clothing products, you must return the complete product including packaging, tags, invoices and related accessories.
When returning goods, please ensure they are repacked in the original packaging to avoid loss or damage in transit. Please retain the shipping receipt for the returned goods until the refund is processed and completed for future enquiries.
The following situations are not eligible for product exchange or return:
• Expiry of the 14-day period (for product exchange) or 14-day period (for return and refund) from the date of receipt (the 30-day or 7-day period starts from the date of receipt, including public holidays);
• Damage caused by personal factors (e.g., stains, odours, or improper use of the product);
• Incomplete returns, e.g., missing documents, products, items, invoices, proof of purchase, protective packaging and liners, inner and outer packaging;
• Heat-printed, personalised, customised or special order products (regardless of condition);
• Used, damaged or opened intimate products;
• For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel or accessories such as masks, swimwear and socks are not returnable or exchangeable;
• Expiry of the 14-day period for collection of Click and Collect orders at the boutique (calculated from the date of receiving the collection notice, including public holidays);
• Products purchased online are not eligible for in-store exchange or refund. However, if you return online-purchased goods in-store (for refund or exchange), our customer service staff will assist you with the refund or exchange in accordance with these Purchase Terms.
All product exchanges and returns are at the sole discretion of Masonprince.
Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned goods and documents and conduct necessary inspections to confirm the goods are complete and in perfect condition.
• Credit card payment: Refund directly to the original credit card account;
• Bank transfer payment: Direct telegraphic transfer to the original bank account;
• All refunds are made in Hong Kong Dollars. If you paid in your local currency (non-Hong Kong Dollars) by credit card, your bank or card issuer may convert your refund back to your local currency. You acknowledge and agree that this may result in your bank or card issuer charging you additional fees (e.g., foreign currency/transaction fees, currency conversion fees), and exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund may result in the local currency refund amount you receive differing from the original local currency amount you paid. 7. Password
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Masonprince shall not be liable for any losses and costs arising from or in connection with the unauthorised use of your password due to your fault.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Masonprince shall not be liable for any indirect, general, special, consequential, punitive or aggravated damages or lost profits, or any other damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with any goods purchased on this Website or the use or misuse of such goods, whether arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), civil liability or otherwise, even if the possibility of such damages is known. This exclusion of liability applies even if there is a breach of a fundamental term or condition of these Purchase Terms or any fundamental breach of these Purchase Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Masonprince’s total liability for all losses, damages, injuries and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any goods you purchase on this Website or via Telephone Sales, or from the use of such goods, shall be limited to the total fees you paid to Masonprince for the purchase of such goods.
11. Governing Law
You hereby acknowledge and fully agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of this Website (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall fall within the jurisdiction of the People’s Court of Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone, being the place of contract performance and Shenzhen production base, and you shall have no objection whatsoever thereto.
12. General Terms
In addition to the Terms of Use applicable to your use of the Website/Telephone Sales, these Purchase Terms and your purchase order/invoice shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Masonprince in respect of any purchases you make on the Website/via telephone, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and representations. No failure or delay by Masonprince to exercise any right, power or remedy under these Purchase Terms shall constitute a waiver of such rights, powers or remedies, and all waivers must be in writing. The exercise of one or more rights, powers or remedies shall not preclude the subsequent exercise of any other right, power or remedy. If any provision of these Purchase Terms or part thereof becomes or is illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Purchase Terms or the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision or part thereof in any other jurisdiction. Masonprince shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Purchase Terms due to any cause beyond its control. You may not assign these Purchase Terms to any third party without Masonprince’s prior written consent. These Purchase Terms shall be binding on and ensure the benefit of: (i) you and your successors, executors, administrators and other legal representatives; (ii) Masonprince and its successors and assignees. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms of Use and these Purchase Terms, the provisions of these Purchase Terms shall prevail.
13. Sales Restrictions
If we find that you have engaged in unprovoked repeated malicious ordering, malicious returns, unprovoked online defamation, disparagement of our brand and boutiques, or other acts that disrupt or affect the normal operation of the Website and boutiques, our sales consultants and boutiques may refuse to conduct any transactions or accept orders from you within 2 years after your last purchase.
To ensure compliance with this restriction, Masonprince and its affiliates will process your purchase records.
