Return & Exchange Policy Details
1. Return & Exchange Time Limit
Customers may apply for return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of order signature. Applications submitted beyond the specified time limit will not be accepted.
2. Basic Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (All conditions must be met simultaneously)
· The product must be kept in brand-new condition, with no wear, washing, stains, odors or signs of abrasion.
· All original accessories including hang tags, outer packaging, dust bags, shoe boxes (for footwear) shall be intact, undamaged and complete without any missing parts.
· The product shall not be manually altered, tailored or dyed; it must be free of perfume smell, smoke odor and any other conditions that affect resale.
· Customized products do not support unreasonable returns or exchanges. Return and exchange applications are only accepted for damaged delivery items or original factory quality defects.
3. Circumstances for Rejection of Return & Exchange Applications
· Applications exceeding the 14-day return and exchange time limit.
· Lost or removed original hang tags, damaged outer packaging or missing original accessories.
· Products with signs of use including wear, washing, stains, pilling or residual odors.
· Intimate apparel such as underwear, swimwear and socks (due to hygiene and safety regulations).
· Discounted items, clearance goods and Final Sale products.
Please note that unauthorized returned parcels sent without prior review and approval by official customer service will be directly rejected by our warehouse.
4. Shipping & Customs Duty Regulations
· Product quality issues / Incorrect item delivery by our side: We shall bear all round-trip shipping fees and provide official return labels. All relevant customs duties shall also be covered by us.
· Returns & exchanges due to personal reasons (wrong size, personal dislike, etc.): The buyer shall bear international return shipping fees at their own cost, and free return labels will not be provided. Customs duties and customs clearance fees incurred during the process will be deducted directly from the refund amount.
· Unreasonable parcel rejection by the buyer: Round-trip shipping fees, customs duties and all customs clearance related charges will be deducted from the payment balance, and the remaining amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
5. Return & Exchange Process

Click Confirm the receipt of product(s) > Return & Exchange, select the service type you need and reason, upload relevant picture proof/prooves, then click Submit.

· Send Back the Item
Please arrange shipment within 7 days after application approval. Kindly use a courier service with full logistics tracking and insured shipping, and keep the tracking number properly. Unauthorized return of goods without official approval is strictly prohibited.
· Warehouse Inspection & Verification
After the warehouse receives the returned parcel, product quality inspection and verification will be completed within 3–5 working days.
· Refund / Exchange Processing
For approved refunds: The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days. The actual arrival time is subject to bank clearing processing time.
For approved exchanges: Reshipment will be arranged in accordance with official guidelines.
